How much does Rental Realty charge?

Rental Realty charges a small percentage of the incoming rent to manage your property, meaning there is typically no out of pocket expense for the property owner. Rental Realty does not charge a management fee unless we have a rent check in hand, and does not get any discounts, or coordination fees when we have to call on a licensed contractor for repairs.

Together, we can then review this information to make an informed decision about the resident chosen to live in your rental property.
